Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m not a huge fan of writing about myself, however I thought I’d better put at least a little bit of info in this ‘about’ section. Last summer I finished studying Film and Literature at the University of Warwick, and I am currently working as a sport monkey at BBC Radio Cambridgeshire. (Oct 2007)

Things I Like:
Music: Oasis, The Stone Roses, REM, Embrace, Kasabian and of course my band Afterburner
Television: Have I Got News For You, Top Gear and Match of the Day. My favourite sitcom is Fawlty Towers and I don’t mind a bit of Inspector Morse from time to time. Question Time is also good. I loved Big Ron Manager when it was on - car crash telly at its finest.
Radio: Chris Moyles, Chris Evans (in the Radio 1 days), Steve Wright and Alan Green are all ace
Films: I don’t really do favourite films, but one from when I was a kid is the Bond film Live and Let Die. Despite the shoddy acting, quasi-racism and extended boat chase - which fills 20 minutes of script time they clearly couldn’t be bothered with - I must have watched this film dozens of times.
Lit: I bought a copy of Andrew Marr - My Trade about a year ago. I imagine it will be an excellent read if I ever get around to opening it. My favourite Shakespeare is The Merchant of Venice.
Sports: Football (Ipswich Town FC) and F1 and WTCC – Lewis Hamilton
Places: My number one favourite place in the whole world is Exmoor, however central London and my home town of Cambridge are also pretty cool.
Food: Toad-In-The-Hole – the best meal ever, my mum always makes it on my birthday.
Drink: Corona – I like weak, flavourless lager
Colour: Blue (Come on you blues!)
Websites: The BBC website is great for virtually anything, whilst Those Were The Days is where I get all my Ipswich news. I also rather like my blog.
Other random things I like: France, the Chuckle Brothers, horses, stop-motion animation, Bert and Ernie, snow, Jeff Stelling, pre-fading, dogs
